Patrika71 is put together every day by a small newsroom in Dhaka and a network of correspondents across the country.

Editor

Md Sayful Islam leads the newsroom and has the final say on what Patrika71 publishes.

News desks

Our desks handle national news, politics, economy, international news, sports, entertainment, education, technology, health, lifestyle, religion and expatriate affairs. Each desk plans its coverage, edits reports and keeps its section up to date through the day.

District correspondents

Local news is the heart of Patrika71. Our correspondents work in all 64 districts and report on what happens in their own area, from local government and courts to farming, schools and community events.

Photo and video

Our photo and video team covers events in person and prepares the photo galleries and video reports you see on the site.
